01 · Overview
Introduction
These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on UltraStream, and how we enforce those standards. They apply to everyone who uses the App, whether as a Viewer or a Creator, as those terms are defined in the UltraStream Terms & Conditions.
These Guidelines sit alongside, and do not replace, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and our Child Safety Standards. Where there is a conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions take priority.
We may update these Guidelines from time to time as the App and its community grow. Material changes will be notified in the same way as changes to the Terms & Conditions.
02 · Safety
Our approach to safety
UltraStream is intended for people aged 18 and over. We design and operate the App with the safety and best interests of younger people in mind, consistent with the Basic Online Safety Expectations and applicable Australian safety codes.
We use a combination of proactive detection tools, human review, and user reports to identify and act on content or conduct that breaches these Guidelines. If you have a serious online safety concern that we have not resolved, you can contact the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au.
03 · Standards
Content and conduct standards
The following is not allowed on UltraStream, whether in a live stream, an upload, a Short, a chat message, a profile, or anywhere else on the App.
3.1 Child safety
Kruzer Ultraverse Pty Ltd, the developer of UltraStream, explicitly and unconditionally prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on UltraStream. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, the sexualisation of minors, grooming behaviour, sextortion, trafficking, and any other conduct that endangers or exploits anyone under 18. We remove this content immediately, permanently ban the accounts involved without prior warning, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law. Our full Child Safety Standards, including our designated child safety point of contact, are published separately and referenced in Section 9.
3.2 Violence and dangerous content
- Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies serious harm to people or animals
- Credible threats of violence against a person or group
- Content that promotes or instructs dangerous activities likely to cause serious injury or death, including dangerous challenges or stunts
- Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism
3.3 Hate speech, harassment, and bullying
- Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics
- Targeted harassment, sustained abuse, or coordinated pile-ons against an individual
- Doxxing, meaning sharing someone's private information without their consent, such as their home address or financial details
- Impersonating another person, brand, or organisation in a misleading way
3.4 Self-harm and suicide
We do not allow content that promotes, glorifies, or gives instructions for suicide or self-harm. We may remove content that puts a person at risk and, in urgent cases, may contact emergency services.
If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available:
3.5 Sexual content
UltraStream is not a platform for sexually explicit content, nudity presented for sexual gratification, or the solicitation of sexual services. Content depicting or implying sexual activity involving anyone under 18 is prohibited under all circumstances and is covered by Section 3.1 above.
3.6 Illegal activity
- Buying, selling, or facilitating the trade of illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated or prohibited goods
- Content that facilitates fraud, scams, or other unlawful financial activity
- Any other content or conduct that is unlawful in the markets where UltraStream operates
3.7 Misinformation
We remove content that contains demonstrably false information likely to cause real-world harm, such as false claims about public health emergencies or content designed to interfere with an election.
3.8 Spam and platform manipulation
- Using bots, scripts, or purchased engagement to inflate views, followers, likes, or rewards
- Repetitive, unsolicited, or misleading content posted at scale
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or manipulate the reward system
3.9 Intellectual property
Do not upload or stream content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. See Section 8 for how to report infringing content.
04 · Creators
Additional guidance for Creators
- Be clear and honest with your audience, including about any sponsorships or paid promotions.
- Do not solicit rewards through misleading claims, fake emergencies, or manipulated content.
- You are responsible for moderating your own live chat and removing content from your stream that breaches these Guidelines.
- Set your content and stream settings accurately so viewers see content appropriate to their age tier.
- Do not use Squad Legacy items, rewards, or the Founding Creator Programme in a way that is designed to manipulate payouts or rankings.
05 · Reporting
Reporting content or behaviour
If you see content or behaviour that breaches these Guidelines, you can report it directly in the App or by emailing admin@kruzer.com.au. Please include as much detail as you can, such as the username, a link or description of the content, and why you believe it breaches these Guidelines.
We review reports as a priority and will not disclose your identity as the reporter to the person you reported, except where required by law.
06 · Enforcement
How we enforce these Guidelines
When content or conduct breaches these Guidelines, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity, whether it was intentional, and the person's history on the App:
- Removing or restricting the content
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily restricting features, such as live streaming or chat
- Temporarily suspending the account
- Permanently banning the account
- Withholding or clawing back rewards obtained through manipulation, consistent with the Terms & Conditions
- Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities, where required or appropriate
Severe breaches, such as content or conduct that breaches our Child Safety Standards or credible threats of violence, result in immediate content removal and an immediate permanent ban, without prior warning.
Strikes and appeals
For less severe or first-time breaches, we generally operate a strikes system before permanently restricting an account:
Warning and removal of the content
Temporary restriction of features, such as live streaming or chat, for up to 7 days
Temporary account suspension for up to 30 days
Permanent ban
A strike remains active on an account for 12 months from the date it was issued, after which it no longer counts towards further action, unless the underlying breach was severe enough to warrant immediate permanent action under Section 6.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can appeal by contacting admin@kruzer.com.au within 14 days of the decision, quoting any reference provided to you. We will review the decision and let you know the outcome.
07 · Copyright
Copyright
If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, follow the notice-and-takedown process set out in the Terms & Conditions. We remove or disable infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
08 · Updates
Changes to these Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our community, or applicable law. Where a change materially and adversely affects your rights, we will give reasonable advance notice before it takes effect, consistent with the approach set out in the Terms & Conditions.
