Zero tolerance for CSAE

These Child Safety Standards apply to the UltraStream mobile application and related services operated by Kruzer Ultraverse Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to all content and conduct on UltraStream, including live streams, uploaded video, Shorts, chat messages, profiles, and direct communications, and apply equally to Viewers and Creators as those terms are defined in the UltraStream Terms & Conditions.

UltraStream is committed to protecting children and explicitly, unconditionally prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or activity on UltraStream that involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, livestreams, audio, text, or AI-generated content depicting a minor in a sexual context
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexualisation of minors
  • Sharing, requesting, trading, or distributing CSAM
  • Sextortion or trafficking involving a minor
  • Any sexual content involving anyone under 18 years of age
  • Attempts to exploit, abuse, or endanger children through UltraStream

Violations result in immediate removal of the content, immediate and permanent suspension or termination of the account(s) involved without prior warning, preservation of evidence as required by law, and reporting to appropriate authorities and/or child protection organisations where required by law.

02 · Eligibility

Age eligibility

UltraStream is not directed to children under 18. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, whether as a Viewer or a Creator, consistent with our Terms of Service. Sexual content involving minors is never allowed, regardless of any age claimed on an account.

03 · Reporting

Reporting a concern

Anyone, whether or not they use UltraStream, can report suspected CSAE:

In the app: use the report function on any piece of content, chat message, or profile

Please include, where safe to do so:

  • Links, usernames, or screenshots
  • The date and time you observed the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

We do not require an UltraStream account to make a report, and we will not disclose the identity of a reporter except where required by law. We review child safety reports as the highest priority.

05 · Mechanisms

In-app safety mechanisms

UltraStream includes the following mechanisms to protect minors and address CSAE:

  • An in-app reporting tool on all content, chat, and profiles
  • Human review of reports, supported by automated detection tools
  • Age verification at sign-up, with content visibility tiered by age where this feature is active
  • A minimum age of 18 to hold any account on UltraStream
  • Immediate, permanent account removal for any confirmed CSAE breach

06 · Enforcement

Enforcement

When we become aware of CSAE or a credible report of child sexual exploitation, we:

  • Remove the content as quickly as possible
  • Disable or permanently terminate the responsible account(s), without prior warning
  • Preserve and provide information to law enforcement or designated authorities when legally required
  • Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with equivalent regional child protection organisations as applicable

Legal and regulatory compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the markets where UltraStream operates, including Australian Commonwealth and state child protection legislation, the Australian Online Safety Act 2021 and the Online Safety Amendment (Social Media Minimum Age) Act 2024, the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the US PROTECT Act and mandatory NCMEC reporting obligations, and equivalent laws in other markets in which UltraStream operates or is preparing to operate.
